Blogging… after spending hours working on my assignment n flipping through thick books, can’t even concentrate right now…

Besides tht, was having some random conversations with frens… the differences that we might find between high school (H.L) and college life (C.L)… *might not occur to some of u bt mine’s a chinese independent school, Chong Hwa where all of the girls have short mushroom hairstyles… =.=* anyways, the following list occurs in most high schools and colleges in Msia…

H.L: *alarm clock goes off* “6 ad? sigh..” *drags oneself to get ready for school*
C.L: “7:55 a.m. ad? class’s at 8… aiya… don’t feel like going… revise myself la” *tsk tsk*

H.L: *look at one’s wardrobe which has the same dull uniform, pick one and no worries!*
C.L: *stands infront of the wardrobe thinking which outfit to put on and in the end… Fashion Show!* / *wakes up and go to class straight away and ended up looking like he or she is going to the pasar to sell fish*

H.L: Usually just hang out with the clique of frens u feel comfortable with…
C.L: Keep the old ones, meet new one…

H.L: “Mommy… i hate my breasts or ass, boys r making fun of me” / “OMG… we r so fabulous, let’s go pick on someone who’s not as cool as us”…
C.L: “Like we care about those nerdy ones… duh.. come on bitches” lol.. ok.. mayb not tht dramatic, gossips, yes bt not as terrible as high school scenarios…

H.L: “Darn… hates this class…” *doze off wif book covering face*
C.L: “Man… hates this class!” *walks out of class and drives off*

H.L: “AIYA… spot check!!! where to hide my handphone/mp3/PDA/wadever” *very funny when u c groups of ppl doing this*
C.L: SMS #Hey, where to yumchar (hang out) later? M in class now…#

H.L: “Eh, finish hmk ad? let me have a look…” *then copy*
C.L: Warning since the first day of freshman year “If u’re caught plagiarising, u’ll get a big fat F then retake”

H.L: If u didn’t buy any textbook or u forgot to bring it, u’ve to stand throughout the entire class session which is quite humiliating…
C.L: No textbook? nvm.. Got slides…

H.L: “Oh no… forgot to cut my nails….. m doomed!”
C.L: “Hey, look at my fake gel nails, nice?”

H.L: Mom”hey, how’s ur day in school?”
Kid “nothing much…”
C.L: Mom”hey, how’s class?”
Kid “HECTIC!”

H.L: “EEEE…. look at tht hot guy!”
C.L: “EEEE…. look at those hot guysss!”

H.L: “WOW… u drive a car to school? so nice~”
C.L: “WOW…. nice BMW”

H.L: Can’t wait to finish high school and looking forward to college life…
C.L: Misses school life *mayb a lil perhaps?*

H.L: If u speak English in a Chinese high school, ppl will assume u love to show off / very cool…
C.L: and then they pretend they know how to speak fluent English and look down at those who do not speak English… *yea.. i know.. some ppl r jz plain weird*…

Semester’s gonna end real soon… and tht means tons of assignments to do, presentations *including Spanish act… sigh* and finalsss….. doomed…

M working on Philosophy weekly journal + report on Robert Nozick… reading millions of articles now *mayb i’m exaggerating a lil* but still… most of them don’t really make sense… e.g. “there is no separate process of distribution for a theory of distributions to be a theory of'” = wtf!? *n tht’s jz 1 sentence*

Night b4 yest, cooked steak with ian again… it was awesome…

Then yest went for dinner in my parents friend’s house with some other guests… the place’s so comfortable n Zen-ish… the food was more to the european-style bt it’s delicious…

They finished half a Port, 1 bottle of champagne n 4 bottles of red wine…

A good girl like me, sticks to coffee cz no plain water.. =.= and ian helped finish most of my liquor… pheuw~

First course was ham with rock melon accompanied with some Port… *the taste was unique bt i’m not a fan of liquor so gave my Port to my hero instead :p*… Next was asparagus and self-marinated fresh salmon which was flown from France… *loves salmon* Then mussel and clam soup, very nice~ Then some Spanish style steam rice served with Hungarian goulash… *sigh* no pics of the food… was enjoying the moment… hehe…

And mommy’s cheesecake for dessert!

Watched Disaster Movie b4 the dinner… omg.. seriously felt like walking out of the cinema… ian gave me the ‘C!!! i told ya’ look… bt was curious how bad a movie like tht would turn out to be at first wad…. n yea… it is a disaster…. don waste ur money and time… lol…

p/s: Can’t wait to have fun during the weekend! & hope he’ll like it! =)

Sitting in Starbucks now, trying to work on my Philosophy weekly journal about human nature n philosophy of art… mind’s full of questions like what is human by nature? i do not agree when ppl say tht philosophy is a waste of time cz the fact is, it is all around us… jz tht most of us do not realize… However, wanna take some time off to blog… :p

An hour ago, arrived Bangsar Village carrying my Vaio and books… THEN, i realized tht my PDA phone’s not with me.. =.= so drove all the way back home n grabbed my phone and here i m now… with all sorts of problem m dealing right now, was wondering will my day get any worse… Bt while i was heading to a sofa, an American stranger *i think* who was standing, turned to me n…

Stranger : hey, sweetie, smile
Me : *turned to his direction* n guess whut i said…….. ‘HAR?’ =.=”””
Stranger : go on, smile! =)
Me : *realized what’s going on n gave him a smile*
Stranger : there u go.. =))
Me : …… ……

Then i didn’t answer him, jz walked away ASAP… I was quite shocked at first cz in Malaysia, if someone approaches u tht way, most probably he is a pervert bt then i could feel his sincerity n i smiled back at him in a polite manner *tht’s all i can do*… After ordering my hot choco, sat on the comfy sofa *ah~ nice*… He was sitting at the table somewhere near me, drinking some sparkling wine i perhaps… N yes, he smiled to me again…

Mayb i didn’t realize tht i’m quite afraid to b vulnerable, trying so hard not to portray my feelings tht obviously bt even a random stranger could felt it…

Jz heard some girls who were sitting next to me yelled in horror… *donno whut happened* mayb some insect or what-so-ever…

tht’s all for now, gotta continue with my work!

100th post, jz gonna post something short… Jz woke up, had a major headache again… sigh… have u ever felt lost when it comes to decision making? when u have no idea which road to choose? n in the end, when u’ve made ur choice, won’t u b wondering about ‘the road not taken’, about what will happen instead if u take the other ‘road’? decisions, decisions, decisions… it is indeed mind boggling…

Anyways, Carol jz called n they’re on the way to my place to hang out n finish our bio experiment together…

Holiday’s almost over for adp students n throughout this hols… next week midterm arr… managed to do some revision without being distracted by the temptation to have fun… 🙂 Next week lunch date with Summer, she say tht there’re lots to gossip about… *yea.. girls mostly have fun doing tht* Tmr m having another cook off wif ian! not steak this time, gonna try something new… :p

Yest went to Domino’s… I personally think tht Domino’s pizzas r the best…

This Tues, went to Neway in One U with ian… It was fun bt after tht i was sick… very dry throat n running nose… now still not fully recover yet… sob… anyways, the room’s quite spacious n there’re a few funny mirrors in the room which we had fun laughing our heads off looking at them after the karaoke session… lol…

Jz marinade some steak for tmr… =) first time! hopefully it’ll b super duper nice *with ian’s so-called-secret-recipe*… lol…

This afternoon, went to Starbucks to have a cup of coffee and some novel time alone n then met up with baby n head to the curve for dinner… Enjoyed nice italian food n nice dessert in Vivo… yum… the service was very good too, frenly waiters… Then came back n had karaoke session with mom… *bro, faster come back to sing with us! :p *

Now whenever i c my rompecabezas, i’ll feel like finishing it but too hard la… Now just left the sky n it’s all black… =.= so instead, i’ll leave it to the pro.. =)

Had just done with my Developmental Psychology presentation, next Friday’s Western Philosophy’s… NOOO….. I dont even know whut the darn question means… =.= demarcation… *blank blank* die la…

Gonna have lunch with frens next tues, then study for quiz… then friday starbucks time with babes… It’s nice to have good frens with u… hehe
