HO! Ho! Ho! Christmas has again exploded all around town and I can tell, all the kids in us are out to play.
Busy malls are filled with beautiful decorations, topped with soothing Christmas carols, bells and lights, such atmosphere certainly makes Christmas the best celebration all year round.. oui~! ❤
Le Pont Boulangerie – As chiq as the café name is, it simply means the bridge thus the place where gaps are connected and ideas are embraced over good food and drinks.
Sophistication.
Decided to be “Surprise Santa Rowie” 🎅
of course.. pretty-in-pink xmas packages for ze ladies
Let’s get started with the café review, shall we? Right!
LE PONT BOULANGERIE
An European designed three-floored café, tucked in the prime F&B area of Old Klang Road (near Midvalley).
Stepping in the boulangerie, rows of wooden shelves displaying various yeast goods and pastries spotted, hunger pangs after being bathed with a wave of scrumptious scent of baked goods!
Temptations!
Drools..
Moving on to the second floor where the feasting begins.
Pan seared salmon
Good ol’ Aglio Olio
King Prawn Fettucine
Seaweed sandwich..
seriously good.
(one of the 4 very mouthwatering
sammiches on a serving platter)
Le Pont Boulangerie’s signature – Lamb Shank
Beef Brisket – Tender and loving the mash
Overall, good ambiance and reasonable priced food, left the café with wide smiles, definitely looking forward to going back for the other dishes!

For Japanese cuisine lovers out there, does Nobu ring a bell?
It is well known for this prestige restaurant to infuse Japanese culinary with Latin American flavours, serving the finest quality of food, offering the best view in Kuala Lumpur.
I truly enjoyed my visit to Nobu Melbourne a year ago, freshest sashimi platter was served. This time round, I had the privilege to journey on another Nobu adventure, in the heart of my home-city.
Mystique view @ Nobu KL
Gotten all fidgety for the dinner to commence hah!
Grateful for my partner-in-crime who had surprised me well.
Fresh and Lipsmacking – sushi rolls and salmon ceviche
Highly recommended and also highly priced @ RM45 per piece —
Uni (sea urchin)
Black cod in miso – just try it, no regrets.
Bento dessert – elegant and best coffee in town, hands down.
Lava chocolate, seriously delicious and not overly sweet, already drooling as I type.
That’s all for now folks!
Have a merry MERRY Christmas, cherish your loved ones and I shall end this festive post with a Charles Dickens’ quote..
Let us honour Christmas in our hearts, and try to keep it all the year.
À tout à l’heure!
