Went Rootz last Sat with JP, Kennie. Met up with a bunch of ppl there, Marx, Hemraj, Amanda, Jp’s frens and surprisingly, bumped into Stephanie and her girls. Germaine was supposed to join bt couldn’t make it, next round babe! ❤

Life’s been fine and busy lately. =) Besides waiting for my classes to commence next Feb, m packed with my daily schedule, at least i’m done with a photoshoot session for now.. =p

Seriously, I didn’t expect to b shortlisted to b one of the 50 finalists. It was plainly jz for fun when i stood along the streets of Heritage Row with my gf when 2 random girls approached n asked me to join some gorgeous search. Standing there, feeling kinda awkward while they snapped a poloroid picture of me, I wasn’t even expecting any call from them informing me tht i’m shorlisted to the semi final round *smth like tht la*, n now, a finalist. BUT, after seeing my pic in the mag, this jz popped into my mind “whut…. the…. hellll…… is this!?” hahahahaa… not to say it’s THAT bad… it’s jz tht i look very….. diff in tht pic… my friends n relatives couldn’t even recognise me.. LOL… anyhow, the pic’s chosen… I donno y too.. hehehe…

29/10, went to Tenji with bro and frens. Was so bloated but bro and dai kor Alvin suffered from diarrhea for the next few days. =x

1/11, early dimsum with Kennie, Eugene, Lauren, KW brudda, ChoiLin and the bf. yums!

It was soooo funny when I “forced” Kennie and Eugene to have their first chicken feet experience *it’s yummy laaaa!*

Headed over to Little Vietnam in Midvalley for lunch after tht. Food’s so so, nothing special, in my opinion tht is.. =)

After tht, on the very same day, celebrated mommy dearest’s bday… Aunt Alice invited us to Bangsar Shopping Centre’s Grand Imperial restaurant for dinner.

2 days after, couldn’t stand my split ends already and my hair was so dry. So decided to chop it off and I can say tht i’m happy with the results, all thanks to Samantha @A Cut Above. =)

Went to Secret Recipe for lunch right after my haircut.

2 weeks ago, went to Grand Imperial for dinner again with family… personally, I love the food there… =) btw, this restaurant is located at the same level as House & Co.

After dinner went back home and dad decided to have some champagne to celebrate my bro’s graduation.

6/11, attended some Taylor’s PJ dinner with Lauren, Kennie and KW brudda. After tht decided to go to the Library for yumcha session bt it was soooo packed.. So ended up in the apartment instead.

Then met up with JP, Hemraj and the rest.

Went for dimsum @ Summer Palace with parents n bro last Sunday. 1 word, SYOK!

Last week, went to Kin San Kichi jap restaurant for sashimi.

Last week, Tenji again. this time with Choilin, her bf, Lauren and Kennie..

Last Friday, Winnie came back from Aussie and stopped by KL to visit us. Went yumcha @ Chawan, Bangsar with bro and her… and surprisingly, mom tagged along.. First time having midnight yumcha session with mom which was around 1a.m… awesome! =)

Last Saturday morning, went to Midvalley in the morning for 2012 with the lovebirds and Kennie. Movie’s not bad, gonna rate it a 7/10. =) after tht met up with bro n his frens for Korean bbq @ Daore, Desa Sri Hartamas…

Wednesday, 18/11. Photoshoot day! Theme was “Peacock”, so we had to pose elegantly but in the meantime, flirtatiously. *LiLi was so nervous bt she managed to pull it off* =) It was soooo tiring but fun… =) Malerie told me tht I’m the only one who had to put on 2 different outfits and the models were practically running everywhere and climbing hills wearing killer heels. Couldn’t help bt to faint on my bed once I reached home… haha

Will upload the finals pics from the photoshoot once i get ’em. =)

Then woke up the next day n met up with honey Ween for lunch at our usual dining place, Chilis, Bangsar Shopping Centre!

Night, fetched Ween n met up with the usual bunch @ the Library.

Back with pics… FINALLY! lol… i know it’s been quite long since i last updated. Was busy with uni stuff and chilling out sessions with frens and family, and not to mention, my sucky internet connection which was pissing me off very badly for the past few weeks… Life’s good recently, bro’s coming back very soooon and m busy preparing for my singing performances again and fashion show. Anyways, this is my 200th post, it’s gonna b super long btw… =)

Alright! gonna start my post with a pic of nasi lemak +ayam goreng… can’t blame me, FOOD is LOVE, vice versa.. =p this was in Subang, had very early bfast in mamak.

Merdeka eve night, went over to fren’s place for dinner! it was awesome and cooked by the monkehboi himself! had a blast with everyone… =)

Though the portion’s a bit small, dont u think so? haha.. well after several mins, the chef kept adding stuff to my plate n here it is, my PORTION…

The bruschetta was awesome btw.. =p

03/09, went to Champ’s, Centerpoint for lunch with the bday boy, Marx. Had a great time laughing and chatting with him and ended up VERY late for my photoshoot. =x

After tht, bday boy had his early celebration in Hello Bali. Went there with Vic, Mel, Germaine and Mun. Fun night i would say. =p

07/09, went for lunch with Mr. T in a Vietnamese restaurant at the Curve. The coffee was excellent!

03/10, last trip to Velvet, Zouk with the gang… v(-..-)v

14/09, went to Italiannies, The Curve with Vic for lunch… awesome environment and big portions of scrumptious food. =)

16/09, another makan outing with Vic… first stop, desserts bar@MontKiara…

Dinner was awesome and also, a very memorable one of course… =)

2/10, attended some neurosurgical conference and dinner with parents at Le Meridien…

Next day, attended my cousin’s wedding luncheon at Carcosa Seri Negara hotel, one of the most legendary 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur, an extremely grand place I would say, heard tht only certain ppl can hold wedding celebrations there… Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip even stayed there in 1989 and again in 1998…

06/10, went to Italiannies again with Lauren, brudda and KenNie. After tht, headed over to BR31 to enjoy my Jamoca almond fudge as usual *Zha-mo-jia xing ren FAHH-KE* LOL… another inside joke cz i taught KenNie mandarin and everyone ended up blasting each other with weird languages… had fun laughing n gossiping with them.

M having my detox plan for 1 month, jz started anyways, m feeling healthy already! *woot!*

Last week, my cousin’s dogs came over to my place to visit me n Shiro… muahaha… they’re so cute bt fierce… -.-! yesh.. they r indeed very fierce, u wont wanna mess with them, trust me…

Had Thai cuisine for dinner with Mr. T last Tuesday at Sri Ayutthaya, Damansara *just next to Victoria Station*. The place’s very cozy and food’s awesome.

After tht went to Online pub for some drinks. It was a very overwhelming outing for me and i certainly enjoyed it, the drinks and music. Thanks Mr. T again! =p

Last Sat, went to Genting with Jen, Lauren, brudda, Eugene, KenNie, JP and Chun. Followed Ken’s car and went there around 8, reached there while the piggies were still in KL, so me n Ken decided to take the cable car n head to Genting’s Starbucks. Enjoyed slurpping our coffees and gossiping away… =)

We chilled in the room for awhile and then had steamboat *both tomyam and clear soup*, it was awesome! =)

Pheuw! tht’s it for now! gonna watch The Hills season 2 which i jz downloaded on my babyVaio while enjoying my ChupaChups choco lollipop for now! toodles!

Shirley: … *silence* CONGRATS! u got the offer u applied for!
Me: *practically shouting* OMG!!! thanks!!!!!
Shirley: I’m so happy for u too Rowena! *laughs* now we can work on the procedures for ur transfer!

Besides tht, conflicts have been resolved, a very good day for me! =)

Yest, my oh-so-awesome-bro ajaked me to join him for a trip to Taiwan in Nov, bt then, most probably will b going to Hokkaido or France with my parents instead, can’t wait for my bro to come back Msia… =p

It’s gonna b a busy day for me later, Zanzibar, Phuture and Velvet at night… *fingers crossed tht i’ll enjoy all 3 occassions =)*

Other than tht, my pweettie cousy from Penang, Jojo will b coming to KL for some business settlements and stay over at my place for a couple of days! can’t wait to c her oso… muahaha… shopping and makan makan…
